Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
* Highly fluent in both written and spoken English
* Should possess a high technical aptitude lavel and has attended seminars and trainings reinforcing subject-matters directly related to facilities management
* Should have at least 2 years solid professional working experience in the same capacity
* Highly proficient in building management laws, construction codes & occupancy codes
* Must be highly familiar in reading, analyzing and interpreting budgets and actual spreadsheets
* Should have good understanding of the real estate dynamics as it is being performed inside a customer contact center environment.
