Accenture Call Center – Operations Team Lead
Service Delivery Operations Team Lead (POS)
The incumbent should have deep POS skills for both functional and technical, experience in leading cross-border support teams, and the executive presence to work directly with business and IT leadership.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Is accountable for all work delivered through a service delivery operation:
* Global
* Regional
* Industry
* Function
• Manages teams, implements and improves standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies, and meet operational and financial commitments.
• Supports the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design
• Provides technical support for Store System applications including POS, Loss Prevention and Inventory areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience with retail store environment functional architecture
* Minimum of 3 years of experience with application support, management or project delivery for POS systems
* Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a geographically dispersed application management team
* Minimum of 1 year of experience with application support, management or project delivery for Loss Prevention Systems
* Hands on experience with Epicore POS System
* Hands on experience with Aspect Loss Prevention systems
* Experience with Operations Tools from Computer Associates (CA) such as Unicenter
