As a customer service representative, you will be assigned to one of our Manila offices and will be managing various customer issues depending on your account assignment. Transactions can be related to billing and collection support, client inquiries, technical or product support or inbound sales. Develop your communication and people interaction skills as you encounter different scenarios with each call and gain valuable experience!

REQUIREMENTS:

• College graduate(Any Course) and/or graduates of 2 years vocational technology courses or
• Undergraduates with at least one year of call center experience can also apply.
• Internet savvy
• Analytical and problem solving ability
• Ability to develop great people interaction and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in MANILA
• Willing to work full-time
