SUS Production Management Analyst
The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting and general support of the eCommerce Production and Production Support environments.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Responsible for deployment, configuration, monitoring and support of production and production staging environment applications.
* Identification, development, implementation and support of custom and third-party monitoring tools.
* Production application monitoring and tuning.
* Design, implementation and support of batch scheduling architecture using custom and third-party batch scheduling tools.
* Formally communicate status as required by supervisor.
* Proactively raise issues that may put the solution timeline in jeopardy.
* Adhere to Accenture policies and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience with JBoss, ATG, Unix/Apache
* Basic knowledge of network and enterprise server architectures.
* Basic knowledge of RDBMS database (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server) architecture and SQL syntax.
* Scripting/Coding experience (Perl, ksh, Visual Basic, etc.).
