Process Improvement Specialist

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

Owns operational excellence and process improvement execution from end to end. This role will provide leadership direction in the execution of projects and engagements utilizing Operational Excellence methodologies, systems and tools.

Responsibilities/Authorities

1. Operational Excellence and Process Improvement

> Owns operational excellence and process improvement execution from end-to-end.
> Develop productivity trackers and automation tools to improve productivity and quality
> Leading or facilitating workshop sessions with team leaders
> Providing formal and informal training.
> Ensure all Operational Excellence documents are updated and well understood by her team
> Operation Excellence Advocate for the Project
> Responsible for Execution of all OE Activities within the project
> The point of contact between Accenture and the client senior management on service level requirements, service issues, and customer satisfaction relating to Record to Report processes.

2. Performance Management

> Ability to provide assistance to the staff
> Provides assessment and review of performance of direct reports

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Accounting/Finance
* 5 or more years of Outsourcing experience preferably in process management and/or compliance
* Internal Controls certifications (CPA, CA, CISA, etc.) would be an advantage
* Knowledge in OE or six sigma or lean added advantage
* Flexible hours to accommodate global meeting times
