BUSINESS ANALYST
* Work with business to define level 0 to level n business processes
* Work with business to define high-level application requirements
* Assist in translating business conditions into test cases and expected results
* Assist in transitioning requirements to technical process analyst and BPM (business process model) designers.
* Assist business in exploring and implementing business process improvement and optimization initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Strong functional / business analysis and requirements analysis skills
* Deep banking and finance background
* Structured documentation of processes and business process modeling experience
* Strong communication skills
* Six Sigma Black Belt
* Full-Time positions available.
