Controllership Shared Services Manager

The Controllership Shared Services Manager is responsible for the implementation of the accounting systems and procedures; maintaining appropriate accounting structure within the Global Services Center Organization Manila Controllership; and for directing and controlling the activities and different functions (such as Payroll, Requisition To Pay, T&E and Fixed Assets) within the scope. He/She manages team of 300-500 headcount with 5-8 direct reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in BS Accountancy or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 6 years work experience; preferably 3-5 years in Accounting line management role
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Standards (GAAP, IAS)
• Strong knowledge of local taxation, statutory reporting and compliance
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable and payroll
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Applications – Excel and Access
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
