CSR for Regular Position (w/ 15K Signing Bonus)

Our customer service representatives manages various customer issues and transactions related to client inquiries, billing and collection support, technical and product support or inbound sales. They make sure that needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate(Any Course) and/or graduates of 2 year vocational technology courses with at least 1 year work experience or;
• College undegraduate completing the 4-year combo:
[at least 1 year in college + 3 years work experience in a call center setting]
[at least 2 years college + 2 years work experience in a call center setting]
[at least 3 years college + 1 years work experience in a call center setting]
[4 years work experience in a call center setting]
• Did not apply at Accenture in the last three months
• Ability to develop great people interaction and communication skills
• Willing to work full-time
