REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 3 years significant work experience, with 3 years relevant experience in operations (preferably from a business process outsourcing setting)
* At least 1 year experience in process mapping and team capacity management.
* Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience and has handled 5 employees.
* Knowledge/experience in waste & risk management and process improvement.
* Should have strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to work on graveyard or cyclical shifts.
