Senior Lead, Database Administration

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all databases in production and development
• Responsible for the definition, implementation and maintenance of database security
• Responsible for definition, implementation and monitoring of database backup and archiving

REQUIREMENTS:
• B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, and other related IT courses
• 2-3 years responsibility as a Database Administrator serving production environment and more than one database
• Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server database technology (SQL Server 2000)
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and developing Stored Procedures using Transact SQL or similar language
• Experience with physical data modeling (creating & interpreting physical data models)
• Experience with defining and setting data backup, restoring, archival and replication in Microsoft SQL Server Database Environment
• Experience with developing database application using Microsoft Data Transformation Services
• Experience or knowledge of Data Warehouse Star Schema data models
