VP of Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of Client account(s), while providing sound leadership and development of the team; required to lead members of a cross-functional team (who may be located in different geographical areas) to deliver high levels of customer and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s degree
* Work experience through the ranks in a contact center environment; with at least 2 years as a supervisor and 3 years as a manager
* Project Management experience PREFERRED
* Training and Coaching experience PREFERRED
* Computer and technology proficiency, especially MS Office Applications (i.e., MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, etc.)
* Excellent knowledge of business objectives and strategies
* Working knowledge and understanding of financial reports and legal documents
* Working knowledge of various ACD routing systems; and experience managing multiple channels (i.e., voice, email, chat, etc.)
