* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 1 year experience in Customer Service is required.
* Has strong written and verbal Spanish skills required with an emphasis in customer service and basic accounting process.
* Has the ability to work in fast paced BPO environment.
* Has strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications at once to provide a positive customer experience.
* Should be willing to work in Pasay City (Mall of Asia Complex).
* Should be willing to work in shifting hours
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Applicants must have experience working in a Spanish account and can freely communicate and write using the Spanish language.
