Responsibilities:
A highly skilled, seasoned professional, the Information Management Analyst applies a broad, working knowledge of information technology products and services to more complex assignments and assists less experienced staff in the application of technical concepts, practices and procedures. A fully qualified technician, the Systems Technician applies a broad working knowledge of electronics to a wide variety of assignments through the application of technical concepts, practices and procedures. The incumbent generally is a member of quick-response customer support team and works on moderately complex work orders with normal to critical deadlines, and typically operates independently to troubleshoot hardware/software equipment problems, and to set up, install, configure, maintain, relocate, and/or repair a variety of electronic computing and communications equipment, software and/or peripherals. Works with general oversight on more complex assignments.

Requirements:
• Candidate with any graduation or Engineering Diploma with experience of 1-2 years in Windows administration.
• Administrator level knowledge on Windows
• Knowledge in IBM TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager) / Veritas Netback up.
• Windows 2000/2003 – Configuration/Support on HP/IBM servers
• Good understanding/experience of VMWare (Virtual Center)
• Active Directory (Multi-site/Multi-domain) – Migration experience preferred
• Knowledge of Windows Clustering Technologies is a plus
• MCP/MCSA/MCSE certification.
• Strong demonstrated analytical and creative problem solving skills.
• Troubleshooting of backup issues, performance issues, space issues and hardware related issues is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Candidate should be willing to work in all shifts.

• Good customer service orientation and appreciation of role as ACS’ representative.
