Responsibilities:
* A SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE handles general customer inquiries like account status and product information. Do some INBOUND and OUTBOUND calls.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree Marketing, Secretarial, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Communication skills, Good interpersonal skills.
* Basic Knowledge in MS-Office.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Must be willing to work on graveyard shifts
* 2 Full-Time positions available. (Preferably ladies)

I’ve been here and worked in this company before, very unorganized and unsystematic management. they let you stay in there office for than required working hours with no pay, and most of all lack of incentives and benefits program for there people.

unorganized management not the typical callcenter
set-up, there not capable to train because the management itself doesn’t know how to run a call center industry.
