Customer Service Agent
(Central Visayas)

Responsibilities:

* A SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE handles general customer inquiries like account status and product information. Do some INBOUND and OUTBOUND calls.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree Marketing, Secretarial, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Communication skills, Good interpersonal skills.
* Basic Knowledge in MS-Office.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Must be willing to work on graveyard shifts
* 2 Full-Time positions available. (Preferably ladies)
