High Compensation (Immediate Hiring)

Responsibilities:

* Place outbound calls via dialer to business and consumer contacts and complete the sales cycle.
* Emphasize saleable features of the products and services and speak to the features and benefits for the customer.
* Update required customer relationship management software as necessary.
* Selling is the primary function of this position, however strong customer service skills are desirable.
* To meet or exceed client requirements for deliverable output as defined by the company.

Requirements:

* Candidate must at least Second year College in any field.
* Should have 1 year successful and solid sales experience.
* Fluent in written and Spoken American English.
* General Computer Skilled
* PC/ Microsoft Office literate
* A “metrics” driven individual who is comfortable having their job performance tied to productivity and sales numbers.
* Works well in a pressure driven environment.
* Successfully complete new hire, sales and product training.
* Ability to adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
* Strong typing and reading comprehension.
* Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written business communication.
