Customer Care Agent for Easy Phone Activation Account
Responsibilities:
- nsures and provides quality service to customers through phone calls
- Answers customer inquiries as required
- Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
- Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
- Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
- Required language(s): English
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- 250 Full-Time positions available.
