Responsibilities:

  • nsures and provides quality service to customers through phone calls
  • Answers customer inquiries as required
  • Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
  • Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
  • Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • 250 Full-Time positions available.
  • At least 18 years old.
