Responsibilities:

* Researching, writing, proofing and maintaining profiles of businesses for web and magazines
* Coordinate content development for websites and other materials for accuracy and timeliness on a scheduled and ad hoc basis
* Creating effective sales generating web content, including landing pages and emails.
* Communicate with managers on a regular basis to ensure effective and efficient achievement of organization targets
* Complete profile requests through interview and research and proof existing content, as needed
* Work with web developers to optimize website capabilities
* Produce a high volume of high-quality work, with a commitment to excellence
* Awareness of regional requirements: e.g. English spellings vs. English (American) spellings, etc.

Requirements:

* College Degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communications, Literature, Creative Writing or equivalent
* 2-3 years writing experience, with an inclination toward business and marketing topics (samples required)
* Excellent writing, editing, and quality control skills with thorough knowledge of the English language.
* A marketing mindset with an understanding of the best practices for web marketing and e-commerce.
* Experience in conducting interviews and creating news bites through secondary and tertiary information
* Excellent research skills
* Ability to prioritize, coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in In Design
* A team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Must be able to work on a full-time, night shift basis
* Candidates who can start work immediately are preferred
