Responsibilities: 

 

  • Shall respond to all on-line inquiries and booking reservations of Legend Hotel properties.
  • Shall handle and resolve guest complaints.
  • Shall do telemarketing (promos and follow-ups).
  • Shall process bookings, payments and the likes.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • With exceptional customer service orientation.
