Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Property Development/Real Estate Management, Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Experience in residential and/or commercial properties including call centers, data centers and banking facilities is preferred
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
* Good management exposure and customer service training
* With hands-on experience in engineering related works and can work under pressure and after office hours
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
