IT Helpdesk Analyst (Eastwood City)
(National Capital Reg – Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City)
Responsibilities:
* Activating the Operating System
* Installing MS Office Applications
* Installation and configuration of peripheral devices such as local or network printers and scanners
* Installing and configuring email and chat applications
* Troubleshooting system and application errors (excluding error messages related to computer programming languages, script programming and debugging)
* Scanning and Cleaning-up of virus, spyware, adware stored on workstations
* Backing-up important information on computers
* Configuring Network properties for LAN connectivity
* Configuring user accounts, restrictions and access rights on Active directory or work group environments
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
