Credit/AR Reconciliation Analyst
(National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities:
*Field and place telephone calls and emails to/from customers and sales representatives about orders, invoice issues, payment issues, account reconciliations, etc.
*Monitors account reconciliations, etc.
*Reconcile customer debits
*Interface with Off shore operations functions
*Monitor customer websites for related AR information
*Establish and maintain relationships with customer
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
* Ability to use a computer specifically Excel, Word and Outlook – Advanced User preferred
* Ability to follow established procedures and timeless
* Ability to reconcile accounts
* Minimum of 2-3 year of related receivable and business to business collections experience
* Full-Time positions available.
