Cisco IP Voice Support Engineer
(National Capital Reg – Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon CIty)
Responsibilities:
.• Experience as a Cisco Admin/IP Voice Support Engineer with 2+ years experience supporting Enterprise Multi-Site
Unified Contact Center Enterprise [UCCE] and Cisco Unity Suite is required.
• Cisco Unified Communications architectures including: ICM Scripting and routing, UCCE/IPCC and Call Manager, PGs, IPIVR and Unity, UCCE, CCM components and other Cisco applications needed.
• Cisco ICME Scripting of call routing and skills for virtual multi-site contact center are desired.
• Experience Voice Over IP (VOIP), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Content delivery networking (QoS, caching, load balancing), Unix/Linux and Network Services, Firewall and Security
• Strong knowledge in areas of: Legacy TDM Contact Center technology, IP Telephony, Voice Mail/Unified Messaging, IP internetworking, and LAN/WAN Infrastructure.
• Experience with DNS Servers and MS Active Directory are needed.
• Certified Cisco Voice Professional
• Unified Contact Center Enterprise Design or Unified Contact Center Enterprise Implementation.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s):
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
* Solid background in Cisco switching and Routing
* Proven experience in managing a large scale WAN
* In depth background in VoIP, VPNs, firewalls and associated protocol
* Knowledgeable in operating systems and network security
* Cisco IP Voice Engineer
* Cisco Unified Communications architectures: ICM Scripting and routing, UCCE/IPCC and Call Manager, PGs, CVP and Unity – This includes all UCCE and CCM.
