RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Recruitment Specialists handles corporate hiring and conducts in-depth and behavioral interviews according to the position profile aside from coordinating with internal and external associates.
REQUIREMENTS:
* We are looking for candidates with a Bachelors degree Human Resource or Psychology
* At least 1 year experience in Corporate Hiring is required for this position.
* We need candidates who are familiar with basic computer operations and various software applications including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Has excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
* We are looking for a well organized and detail-oriented candidate for this position
