Technical Support Representative
(National Capital Reg – 14th floor, Two World Square, Mckinley Hills Fort Bonifacio Taguig)

Responsibilities:
• Accurately identify the customer’s real needs and resolve customer issues.
• To register customers and products in the support database.
• Maintain control of the call through probing techniques & scripts
• To outline technical support charges and guidelines to customers in accordance
with the current support scope policy.
• To process customer orders for support via credit card over the phone.
• To regularly update product knowledge and technical skills using available
resources.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting hardware and software faults
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
100 Full-Time positions available.

• Solid communications skills
• Knowledge on Applications and Operating Systems

• General knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP
• General knowledge of Internet Technologies
• Typing skills
• Ability to adapt and work in a constantly changing environment
• Team Player with sound interpersonal skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
