Urgent Hiring: Customer Service Representatives
* Conduct the call handling and dispatch process: (1) Receipt of customer calls; (2) Open and maintain service tickets; (3) Prioritize call and assign to appropriate engineer; (4) Page/contact the engineer according to established procedures; (5) Update ticket assignment status code; (6) Maintain call status; (7) Gather and enter close out information; (8) Process incoming remote monitor alarms following established procedure and printed instructions.
* Enter site and equipment information into the SMS systems.
* Maintain engineer contact information and status. Includes availability, whereabouts and contact information as provided by the engineer.
* Notify manager/supervisor/coordinator/senior customer service representatives if operating procedure cannot be followed.
* Research service calls.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the call center industry (doing inbound calls) is required for this position.
* Must be willing to work on night shift.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
