(National Capital Reg – Makati City)
Responsibilities:
* Support the Global training team in all aspects of resource management, administration and reporting
* Provide administrative support to Training Specialists and Training Supervisors
* Prepare training department reports
* Maintenance of training tools and supplies
* Prepare internal reports related to training
* Perform other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field as required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
* Must have above average oral and written communication skills
* Ability to manage tasks simultaneously
* Able to work effectively independently and in a team
* Advanced computer skills, especially with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Excel
* Excellent detail orientation
* Applicant must be ready to work graveyard, shifting, rotation, weekends, holidays depending on the need

I’m interested for the position although i’m not very familiar with it. i have no experience in call center but i believe i can handle this after couple of days training. I was an auditor for 8 years in one of the top corporation in the country. My job was more on reporting after making our audit field. Auditing is a one of a dificult task profession so i think most of the time i can handle any job assigments including this.
