Technical Sales Representative – Muntinlupa City
(National Capital Reg – Muntinlupa City)

Responsibilities:
As a technical sales representative, you will have the opportunity not just to practice and enrich your IT-related and customer service skills, but also develop a third skill-set in selling and promoting products and services for our client, a major computer manufacturer.

Primarily, you will provide inbound technical support for customers, including troubleshooting and resolution walk-through of hardware, software and networking issues of desktop and laptop users.

In addition, you will play the role of a trusted technical adviser, offering solutions and upgrades that you’d deem beneficial to the customer. This includes various products (PC parts, software, storage devices, etc.), as well as services like one-time phone support and warranty extensions or renewals.

Successful candidates can look forward to generous spiffs for hitting sales targets, extensive training that the program provides, on top of a competitive compensation package.

Requirements:

* Good English communication skills

* Completed at least 2nd year in college.

* Call center experience in a tech-related account is a plus

* Should have functional to advanced knowledge in PC troubleshooting: hardware, software and networking

* Willing to do suggestive selling

* Amenable to graveyard shifts and rotating schedules

* Should be a Filipino citizen or holder of relevant residence status

* Willing to be assigned in Alabang

* Willing to work full-time
