Call Center Agents
RESPONSIBILITIES:
CSR
Ability to provide information & satisfy customer’s needs via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller.
TSR
Explains to the customers the provided instructions with their technical problems (troubleshooting software and hardware)
REQUIREMENTS:
FRESH GRADUATES, UNDERGRADUATES AND HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Candidates must possess at least a High School Diploma/Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Must be 18 years old and above
Amenable to work on shifting schedules
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
CALL CENTER & SALES EXPERIENCE is a PLUS but Candidates with NO CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE are welcome to apply
Nurses are welcome to apply. Board passers/Under board.
Must be able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
Must be willing to work anywhere in Quezon City (North Edsa, Eastwood or Commonwealth), Ortigas,
Earn as much as 18K-20K for applicants with CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
Makati and Mandaluyong areas
Preferably those who are residing in Metro Manila
Full-Time positions available.
Technical Support Representative (TSR)
Candidates must possess at least a High School Diploma/ Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Knowledgeable with troubleshooting techniques
Should have technical background
Applicants must be 18 years old and above
Good communication skills
Computer literate
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
Call center experience (At least 6 mts.) is a plus but Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
