SITE IT MANAGER for CEBU
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Reports directly to the Senior IT Manager for Operations
* Work within all policies, standards and direction all the time
* Responsible for knowing ALL aspects of the IT Operations as it relates to the business needs
* Has full responsibility for managing and supervising all IT staff for the site
* Manages and maintains the day-to-day operations of the IT resources, infrastructure and Operations
* Ensure IT SLA for all infrastructure
* Provide all reports needed as required (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, annually)
* Provide IT Management support to all business units on site
* Support Sales team in client presentation/tour/services
* Manages, maintains and monitors IT budget as needed
* Provide support to the Regional IT Manager as needed
* Have regular communication and/or conference calls with Corporate IT Department
* Has decision-making responsibilities for Administrative, Managerial, Technical and Financial for the site ONLY (Financial responsibility is limited to certain amount as governed by the Finance Department)
* Manages site based (or centralized) helpdesk through the helpdesk Manager/Supervisor
* Provides sales support during client meeting, discussion and presentations.
* Responsible for the site’s IT financials working closely with all Managers for a regional budget

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in CEBU.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
