Sourcing Specialist (Human Resource) CEBU
(Central Visayas – Cebu City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with a team to create a sourcing strategy designed for specific channels, based on targets
* Act as point of contact (POC) to clients/channels/sources.
* Contribute to the identification and analysis of the potential opportunities to develop new sources/channels.
* Provide a consistent flow of resumes to the recruitment team to execute sourcing plan and meet recruitment targets.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Recruitment/Staffing) is required for this position.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic leadership & coaching kills with solid understanding of recruitment processes, organization, system and tools.
