RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Technical Support reps are responsible for communicating with clients via chat and email and giving assistance in troubleshooting/maintaining product functionality.

* Applicants with 6 months call center work experience will get premium pay.

* Be part of a prestigious company.

* After 6 months, top performing agents will get the chance to apply for higher positions, get a salary increase and apply for special programs tailored to employees specific needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* 2 full school years is required for this position.
* Required skill(s): English Communication Skills, ISP/Networking troubleshooting.
* Preferred skill(s): Customer Service, Multitasking, Sales.
* Required language(s): English.
