Responsibilities:
Our Client Service Representatives act as liaisons between the company and its corporate clients by performing the following duties:
- Professionally and promptly responding to client service requests received by inbound call, email, and fax.
- Promptly contacting clients regarding internal requests for documentation and other information; following up as necessary until information and/or documentation is received and then closing the request.
- Processing requests for reports and statements, as well as direct payments, cancellations and settlements.
- Ensuring that all clients have accurate and timely information on the status of requests and/or changes.
- Providing feedback to Client Services Manager regarding service failures or client concerns.
- Working collaboratively with other client service representatives and other departments.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required skill(s): customer service and relationship management, corporate accounts management, problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, Time management skills.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
