Call Center Agents & Telemarketers

Responsibilities:

* Work within a Call Center Framework
* Interview physicians and reach the required number of interviews
* Reach and maintain the required quality grades
* Demonstrate a working knowledge of the company database
* Knowledgeably present the services of the company and answer questions about the company and its services
* Provide productivity reports to immediate supervisor as directed
* Demonstrate good command of the English Language especially within the vicinity of operations while logged on and in a call or not
* Must take good care of all equipment assigned to him/her.

Requirements:

* Must have very good command of the English Language
* Must have outstanding listening skills
* Must have at least 6 months experience in off-shore customer service in the call center environment or/and inbound and outbound sales (outbound sales/telemarketing experience is a plus)
* Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and the Internet
* Must be a College graduate
* Must be willing to to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
* Must be willing to work within a Call Center Operation Schedule
