Requirements:

* Global Sky a high quality Philippines call center established for more
* than 6 years is launching several new client projects starting in 2010
* for US time zone. immediate positions available for EXPERIENCED team
* leaders. These new projects promise to be very long term projects with
* lots of opportunity for growth if managed by the right team leader.

* To work with us you will need to have excellent English communication
* skills and strong experience in starting up and running campaigns
* successfully. We have both inbound and outbound campaigns – please
* specify which kind of campaign you have experience in supporting.

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
* Willing to work in shifting schedules.
* Full-Time positions available.
