Technical Support Engineer
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Provide high quality technical support via phone, e-mail, and chat in a fast paced environment with English as a medium.

* Provide systems administration for customer accounts on UNIX and Windows Server platforms

* Learn multiple web hosting control panels and support CRMs

* Learn and become an expert in HTML editing programs like Dreamweaver.

* Troubleshoot all aspects of customer web hosting accounts (website, email, domain registration, scripting, DNS, SQL, etc.)

Requirements:

* A Computer or IT-related college degree

* Above par English communication skills, both in writing and in speech

* Knowledgeable with basic computer operations and basic troubleshooting

* Technical competence and Internet savvy

* Ability to learn and adapt to different learning environments

* Internally motivated with a strong passion for continuous development

* Has a personal vision and is goal-oriented

* Should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

* 50 Full-Time positions for immediate hiring.

* Knowledge and experience supporting web hosting and/or ISP accounts as well as with any customer service related experience is desirable.
