Learning Specialist (Urgent Hiring)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong customer relationship management skills, strong data processing and data management skills, general knowledge of database design / data structures, excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work in a team environment with multiple levels of management, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email

Become proficient on the learning management system (LMS) student administration and back office functions.
Provide support to and/or participate in the catalog construction / scheduling process.
Document processes and procedures, maintain training documentation.
Ensure quality standards are met based on service level agreements (SLA’s) set forth by the client and report on progress to the Learning Support Services Coordinator.
Escalate issues and propose resolutions and recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood Libis,Quezon City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* 10 Full-Time positions available.
