Relocation Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Act as the point of contact of operations issues for the relocation/mobility process in the Delivery Centre and have process ownership.
* Supervises relocation/mobility team to ensure that relocation/mobility administration requirements are met.
* Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and provide monthly report to Manila Delivery Lead. Ensure RCA is in place for any SLA missed.
* Identify, report, and resolve any control system deficiencies in a timely manner.
* Provide leadership over process assessment with view to continuous improvement. Identify opportunity areas & design new processes/improved solutions to improve results and increase productivity and work with relocation/mobility team leaders for implementation.
* Ensure that business control guidelines are followed and implemented by relocation/mobility team leaders. Ensure process area is audit ready at all times and drive action plans.
* People management
* Perform general administration approval, e.g. expenses, leave, system access, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong leadership skills and people management
* Preferably with C&B experience
* Preferrably from a BPO industry
* Has strong exposure in handling metrics and customer service
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
