Payroll Transition Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Focus on accounts in transition

- in-charge of staffing the new accounts
- works with the transition team to ensure all tollgates are met
- ensures smooth transition of processes to operations
• Lead other special projects for the domain
• Work with Solutions team to validate the staffing, SLAs and SOWs

REQUIREMENTS:
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Good grasp of workforce activities and metrics.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
• Has a strong Payroll background
