Responsibilities

* Facilitates and leads the KM programs or activities as designed with functional heads and POCs.
* Serves as the single point of contact for the Philippines in knowledge transfer and best practice sharing with other locations.
* Track and manage the different phases of the KM life cycle.
* Facilitate the eBQT certification program and report out eBQT certified employees to Corporate Quality.
* Ensure that company’s quality management system are properly implemented and managed.
* Initiate and facilitate BPMS reviews. Suggest and recommend solutions to functional heads in designing their business processes.
* Facilitate BPMS awareness and training programs within the company.
* Lead functional unit heads and point-of-contact in the implementing BPMS programs and initiatives.
* Conduct end to end review following the IIAR methodology as scheduled and verify compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
* Produce and document audit reports with details audit findings.
* Follow-up on the implementation and closure of action plans based on VOC, PMR and IIAR conducted.
* Log and track any business related complaint and ensure timely resolution in line with regulatory requirements.
* Comply with the company’s policies and procedure, including information security.

Requirements

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Project & Quality Management, Knowledge Management, IIAR.
* Preferred skill(s): Six Sigma.
* Required language(s): Filipino, English
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
