Management Lead

General Role Description:
Overall management of the team of Contractor Coordinators assigned to an IMT.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work organization of the team: workload planning and balancing resource coverage, review of open roles and work backlog, priority setting, approval of vacation planning & training attendance, forward planning of contractor team resources
* Focal point for issue resolution & complaint handling; engages in appropriate escalation to management
* Assures compliance to HR, Procurement & Finance policies and procedures, acts as primary interface to Procurement for contract mattersSupports and participates in corporate audits and business controls reviews; ensures that the team adheres to audit guidelines and is audit ready at all times
* Focal point on the implementation of project activities, process modifications and related tools that affect the contractor team. Suggests process improvements to streamlining and improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
* People manager of the IOT Contractor Coordinator team: assessment of training needs, coaching, performance review
* Participates in IOT-initiated contractor initiatives on an as required basis
* Maintains close liaison with the IOT/IMT domestic Contractor Coordinators to ensure up-to-date information on IOT/IMT contractor strategies, tactics and priorities. Communicates these priorities in the offshore Contractor Coordinator


* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City,Libis or UP Ayala Technohub Philcoa.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
