Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of Client Services Staff include:

1. Answering phone inquiries on visa and migration-related concerns for the countries IVC caters to;
2. Validating clients’ appointments via either SMS, telephone or email;
3. Assisting in the implementation of any marketing campaign of IVC;
4. Answering email inquiries from clients and viewers alike;
5. Making outbound calls to clients and callers to promote IVC’s services and programs;
6. Attending special promotional events and participating actively in promoting IVC services and programs;
7. Meeting with clients personally during seminars;
8. Performing post-consultation with his/her clients;
9. Regularly updating the client’s database.

Requirements:
To efficiently perform the duties of a CSS, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

There are 7 openings for Client Services Staff (or CSS) for new branch offices and to complement the existing number of IVC staff in existing branches.  Whilst expansion of our services has made it necessary to hire capable employees in various areas of the Philippines, we will only consider applicants who are willing to travel to the Head Office in Ortigas Center, Metro Manila to complete at least 4 months training.

Although not required, telesales or telemarketing experience is a factor that would strongly influence our preference during the selection process.  Successful applicants can look forward to a definite career path in our growing corporate group, not only in the Client Services Department.
