Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, e-mail, and chat
  • Provided excellent customer service by providing customers product and service information
  • Handle general customer inquires and complaints
  • Identify needs of the customer and offer solution through up-selling and cross selling
  • Project a professional company image through good service in all customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Candidate possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field (Computer or IT-related college degree is an advantage)
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Above average English communication skills
  • Knowledgeable with basic computer operations and basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different learning environments
  • Internally motivated with a strong passion for continuous development
  • Any customer service related experience is desirable.
  • Be able to do multi-tasking
  • Agreeable to work on graveyard shift or shifting schedules
