(National Capital Reg – Makati or Sta. Rosa,Laguna)
REQUIREMENTS:
* College degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent grasp of quality monitoring principles
* Excellent listening and typing skills
* Ability to effectively coach, primarily through writing but also face-to-face on occasion
* Has a good working knowledge of MS Office and PC software applications
* Good problem solving, excellent people skills, positive, friendly demeanor, team player, excellent organizational and communication skills.
* For assignment in either the company’s Makati or Sta. Rosa, Laguna call center sites as staffing requires
* Superior and sustained Quality Scores for individual CSRs and Teams if already a member of Leadership staff.
* Superior attendance record in previous experience
* Has previous Quality/Call Monitoring experience
* Fluent in both English and Spanish
