Handles customer calls in a timely manner. Provides consistent, high quality service and accurate information to customers.

A. Desired Education: At least 2nd year college level or equivalent experience
B. Preferred Experience: Customer service and computer experience
C. Required Skills: Typing speed of at least 25 WPM, good spelling and listening skills, customer service skills, excellent English communication skills, computer literate
D. Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
