Helpdesk Support Assistant
(National Capital Reg – Head Office: E. Rodriguez)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) & Technical Team; provides support by handling customer concerns promptly with quality service via phone;
* Primarily responsible in updating ERP system/database. Participating in conference calls to ensure issue-closure and escalated where appropriate and the highest standards maintained

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in IT helpdesk or technical call center, or similar capacity, an advantage
* 3 Full-Time positions available.
