Network Administration Specialist
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Networks & Data Center, Disaster Recovery Center Design and Management.
* Manage technology services including as LAN, WAN, VOIP, Security and Network Monitoring.
* Responsible for the IT needs of an organization and devising long term plans to meet the business objectives
* Should have hardware knowledge of Routers, Firewalls and other Network Equipments
* IT Policy formulation and implementation experience
* Experience in managing contracts and dealing with external vendors
* Should possess excellent communication skills, inter personal skills, people/team management & strong leadership skills

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Network/System Engineer or System Administrator.
* Good knowledge on LAN, WAN, VOIP, VPN, Security, Switching and Routing
* Should have experience on Real-time Disaster Recovery Site implementations as per International Standards
* Should have strong knowledge of Routing protocol i.e. OSPF, BGP, EIGRP etc
* Experience in design and implementation of robust Networking Technologies / Architecture and Management that includes domestic & international Leased Circuits, VPN’s and VLAN’s. Working knowledge on related Network equipments (all types of routers / switches – preferably both Cisco & Nortel etc)
* Good knowledge on Data & Network Security implementations including Firewall, Gateway, UTM, Intrusion
* Knowledge and hands on experience on designing LAN and WAN, should have knowledge on IP-L2,L3 and MPLS protocols and Network, Knowledge on Video and VOIP solutions over IP-MPLS Network, Should have knowledge on OSPF, BGP ,MPLS L3vpn,RSVP protocols, Should have knowledge on regulatory body procedures like APNIC
* Protection Systems, Antivirus & Anti spam solutions
* Preferred certification on network security like CCNP / CCNA etc.
