It Administrator
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* You will take training for our dialer system and learn to operate it and so you need to be a fast learner.
* You will be required to do a pre-shift test run with the system and stations to make sure everything is running and ready for the full shift. You will have help.
* You will assist with daily agent station troubleshooting, regular PC troubleshooting for various backend employees be it software or minor hardware tweaks.
* You will do network evaluation in case of problems and will work with dialer technicians with regards to any problems.
* If you notice any inconsistency that requires your action, you will act on it by suggesting to your superiors alternatives, etc.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Networking, Dialer operation, Data Management in Excel, Network Troubleshooting (esp VoIP), OSes (Win & Linux), Open source enthusiast.

* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System Admin or equivalent. Job role in Network/System Engineer or Infrastructure Security.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

* Fluent english speaker
* Atleast 4 years of experience in call center environment
* Tech enthusiast

* Fast at learning new tools such as Dialers, CRM, etc. Previous experience required.
* Good knowledge in operating systems like Windows and Linux.
* Knowledge in networking, VoIP troubleshooting, open source products
