Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Call Center Executive.
* With strong Team building capabilities
* Has the ability to motivate individuals towards goal achievement & act as a role model within the organization
* Has the ability to coach, develop action plans & provide effective feedback
* Required skill(s): Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Customer Service Skills
* Excellent computer skills, proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Area
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Willing to start immediately.
