Responsibilities:
• Ability to handle a staff running multiple campaigns

• Ability to effectively manage sales agents’ production
• Training & Development
• Have the ability to perform as a Sales Agent as necessary
• Inbound Customer Service managers are also encouraged to apply

Requirements:
• Must speak fluent English

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• At least 2 years of working experience in a managerial / supervisory position
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Enthusiastic & confident
• Computer literate and able to type an average of 30 wpm
• Amenable to work on a graveyard shift / shifting schedule. Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
