Mandarin Speaking Bilingual Representative
(Central Luzon – Libis, Quezon City)
* Will provide customer service support to Mandarin Speaking customers
* Provide basic trouble shooting concerns to customer inquiries
* Make sure that customer concerns are resolved the soonest possible time
REQUIREMENTS:
* Able to complete at least 2 years in College
* Required Languages: Mandarin and/or Cantonese and English
* Able to understand traditional and simplified Chinese characters and language
* Able to read, write and speak in foreign language is required
* Call center experience in a Technical Support account is a plus
* Day shift account
* Willing to work in Libis
